Phoebe is the daughter of Kashmir Loka Samsara and The Royal Garden Elton John.
A small, lively and sweet female whom I decided to keep after much deliberation.

Phoebe presents herself exactly as a Shih Tzu should be—arrogant, self-confident, and floating above the ground.
I was looking forward to many show successes with her… and then Corona came.

Phoebe is a wonderful mother and has given me four very beautiful babies.

On February 15, 2026, Phoebe gave birth to beautiful puppies who all sadly passed away under dramatic circumstances.
